Adam Burucs

Adam Burucs aka ADM - born in 1984 - is a Hungarian music composer. He lives in Budapest, Hungary. The story started in 1995, when he started to program OSCillators on a C64 in BASIC, and learned how to play piano.

1999 was a lucky year for him, cause he came to know the trance and drum and bass musics, and a lot of other important edm styles. In 2001, he started djing and music producing, but after a couple of years, he has been focusing only on composing. He had made a remix for the Sterbinszky remix contest in 2003 (Gates of Mind), and also made a work for the Prototype remix contest (a Hungarian band) in 2005 (Hungarian article), and had reached the pre-final (top 10).

Day by day he is improving his skills in music theory and composition. ADM usually produces in several styles (cause his mood changes time to time), such as: trance, house, breakbeat, drum & bass, downtempo and techno and classical pieces. Take a little time, relax and try to figure out his personality! No matter it’s crazy, dark or happy, always remember: it’s ADM!

This guy is involved in almost every kind of melodic music. Adam’s aim is to spread his works world wide, widen the scene and compose better tracks continously.

Current aliases: ADM, Yovox, FCUKstars.

Yovox is a recently (q1 of 2008) started project by ADM, which is electro house style, with sawy basslines and piano sounds. Otherwise, the abbreviation comes from “Yo” - means “good” in Hungarian, and the “Vox” brand, which is a company producing audio and hifi products, and also known about his guitar combos, used by the famous guitar pop band from the ‘60s: The Shadows.

FCUKstars is a mainly classical influenced project with broken beats and heavy basslines. The name comes from FCUKstar, a website for graphic design showcases.
